Eclipse Restaurant Week

The Eclipse Restaurant Week was created to showcase culinary excellence throughout the City of Watertown. We want to incentivize the public to visit our local eateries and to encourage return visits. We also want to take advantage of the opportunity that tourism for the total eclipse offers to the community. Because of the concentration of restaurants in & near the District the DBA is the natural organization to lead this effort. Restaurant Week is a week-long program in which restaurants in the city offer special affordable menus, from a two-course lunch option to a multi-course tasting experience.

How Does It Work?

During our restaurant week, participating restaurants can offer prix fixe lunches and dinners. Participants can also offer their regular menus as the prix fixe. It is recommended that restaurants offer lunch & dinner options.

Lunch

Participating Restaurants must offer prix fixe menus that include at least two courses, (Appetizer-entre, entre-dessert, or a similar combination). Restaurants may provide additional choices that are higher priced, but there must be non-supplemented choices on the menu. Beverage, tax, and tip are not included. Recommended $10 Price Point.

Dinner

Participating restaurants must offer three-course prix fixe that includes at least three choices of each course, i.e., three appetizer options, three main course options, & three dessert options. Restaurants may choose to provide additional choices that are higher priced, but there must be non-supplemented choices on the menu. Beverage, tax, and tip are not included. Recommended $30 Price Point. Menu items should be representative of the restaurant in both portion size and quality. We encourage restaurants to feature local North Country products on the menu. The prix-fixe menus can also be offered for takeout. Each restaurant’s listing on the website will include what they’re offering (lunch and/or dinner), what days they’re offering the menu, and if the menu is available for takeout as well. All participating restaurants can select which days they would like to offer the menu. For example, you can exclude Saturday dinner or Sunday lunch
