Participating restaurants must offer three-course prix fixe that includes at least three choices of each course, i.e., three appetizer options, three main course options, & three dessert options. Restaurants may choose to provide additional choices that are higher priced, but there must be non-supplemented choices on the menu. Beverage, tax, and tip are not included. Recommended $30 Price Point. Menu items should be representative of the restaurant in both portion size and quality. We encourage restaurants to feature local North Country products on the menu. The prix-fixe menus can also be offered for takeout. Each restaurant’s listing on the website will include what they’re offering (lunch and/or dinner), what days they’re offering the menu, and if the menu is available for takeout as well.
